**30 DAY RETURN POLICY**
You have 30 days from day of purchase to send an item back to us.
We accept returned items that are unworn and clean (not washed) with tags still attached.
Please reference your order number and the item in the return request and let us know the reason for return. Once your return has been accepted we will send you an email with the shipping label. Please repackage the item(s) and send them back.
Once we have recieved your return we will send you an email notification. If you have chosen to receive your refund via store credit we will send an e-gift card for the amount to the email provided. If you have chosen to recieve your refund via your original form of payment, the refund will be posted within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution.
It will take 2–5 business days to make your custom-ordered product for all production techniques. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
